Building cultural platforms that bring people together.

Open Format Arts & Culture is a Vancouver-based studio producing festivals, storytelling platforms, and public programs that connect people through story, space, and shared experience.
We believe meaningful cultural experiences strengthen community life.
Through design, storytelling, and public engagement, we create space for people to gather, exchange ideas, and feel connected to the places they call home.

Our Vision

We imagine a city where creativity is part of everyday life — where cultural experiences help people feel more present, more connected, and more engaged with one another and the places they call home.
By leading with open minds and open hearts, we support learning, dialogue, and exchange across disciplines and communities.

How We Work

We collaborate with designers, artists, institutions, and community partners to develop site-specific cultural experiences rooted in openness, curiosity, and shared values.
Our approach is shaped by the belief that when the right space is created, meaningful connections can happen naturally.

Our Platforms

OFAC’s work takes shape through a set of interconnected cultural initiatives that operate at different rhythms throughout the year.
